The Ballet Expo continuously seeking new and impactful ways to serve local ballet communities by supporting non-profit ballet organizations through financial aid generated by The Ballet Expo and connecting aspiring ballet dancers with essential resources, such as retailers, instructors, and speakers.

The number of vendors participating in The Ballet Expo will vary by city. This is due to factors such as venue size, location, and the number of interested participants.

The Ballet Expo generates funds that are channeled to non-profit organizations, strengthening their resources for ballet programs and direct dancer development.

Registration fees are dependent on each expo. 

General Admission:

• 1-Day Pass: includes access to guest speakers on that day
• 2-Day Pass: includes access to all guest speakers

Please note: Seating for guest speakers is limited on a first-come, first-served basis.

Children's Admission:

• Free entry for children under 5 with a paying adult.
• Children attending the Speaker's Hall must be able to sit comfortably on a parent's lap or in a stroller to allow for paid guests to have seating.

Workshops:

• Workshop prices are dependent on the instructor and the lessons being taught. Get your tickets now to get a 24 hour advance notice to sign up for workshops first.

We will be featuring a diverse lineup of renowned ballet professionals, including dancers, instructors, parents, and industry experts. Specific names will be announced closer to the event date.

We offer a variety of mini-workshops focused on different skills and techniques, suitable for all ages and abilities.  Specific topics will be announced closer to the event date. Join our mailing list for notifications.

Expect a diverse selection of vendors showcasing a variety of ballet-related products and services, including apparel, footwear, accessories, nutrition, and training resources.

There is no formal dress code. Comfortable attire suitable for participating in workshops is recommended.

General Admission tickets are non-refundable.  Workshop registrations are refundable only if the specific workshop paid through The Ballet Expo and is cancelled by The Ballet Expo.  Our full refund policy will be available on the registration page. We recommend registering early to secure your spot and avoid any potential issues.
